The Santosa Villas & Resort Lombok, Mangsit

The hotel has a striking pool and beautiful grounds that light up at night, creating a fantastic ambiance. However, the rooms fell short with cleanliness issues and dated amenities, making the experience less enjoyable. Although the staff was friendly, the overall condition of the hotel suggests it's in need of serious maintenance.

My stay at the resort was frustrating despite its beautiful grounds and great pool area. Although the location is decent and the breakfast was satisfactory, it just wasn’t enough to justify the price I paid for the superior room.
